Here are our terms of delivery, which you should read carefully before completing your purchase on our website:

Delivery time:

We aim to deliver your order within 1-5 working days, depending on your location. Orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm). Orders placed before 13:00 is usually delivered the next working day.

Mode of delivery:

We ship all orders within Sweden with PostNord. If you have any questions, you can contact us by email at 4vryng.sthlm@gmail.com.

Shipping cost:

We offer free shipping for orders over SEK 1,000 (within Sweden) after any discounts. For orders between SEK 1 and SEK 999, a shipping cost of SEK 99 is added.

After your order:

After your order is processed, it usually takes 1-5 business days for it to be delivered to your mailbox. If the package is too big for the mailbox, you will receive a notification to pick it up at your nearest post office. An order confirmation will be sent to your email within 1 working day. Contact our customer service if you do not receive the confirmation.

Your responsibility:

When the package has been handed over to PostNord, you will receive a confirmation. We recommend that you download PostNord's app to easily track your package. Be sure to enter the correct delivery address when ordering. We are not responsible for any damages or lost packages during transport. In the event of any delays, responsibility rests with the shipping company.

By delivery:

The package is scanned when it is left in your mailbox or at the door. We are not responsible for the package after it has been left at the location. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to your nearest post office. You will receive a notification to collect the package there.

Packages not collected:

If you do not collect your order within 7 days, it will be returned to us at 4Ever Young Beauty. An administrative cost of SEK 150 is charged in such cases to cover handling and return costs. If you change your mind after the package has been sent, you must collect it and return it to us. The fee of SEK 150 is charged regardless of whether you want the package sent again or not.
