When buying an "ANNUAL PASS" there are some important things to keep in mind:

- The card is valid for 12 months and during this time you can refill your lashes up to 12 times.
- You are responsible for booking your appointment in advance to refill the lashes every month, and a large refill takes 85 minutes.
- If you want to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that cancellations are not accepted via SMS or email but only via the online platform.
- If you do not show up or cancel your appointment after 24 hours, it is considered that you have used a refill and your annual pass will be charged.
- Arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you don't lose your eyelash refill time.
- It is also important to mention that "ANNUAL PASS" cannot be refunded or exchanged after you have activated it and started using it. This means that if for some reason you can no longer use the card, kif you DO NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK or exchange it for another product or service. Therefore, it is important to think through your purchase of the card before completing it.
- Please note that this annual pass is personal and intended for use by a single person only. It is not permitted to share the card or let several people use it. Please respect this to avoid any problems or misunderstandings.
