Nano Powder Brow is a newest technique of tattooing which uses a traditional tattoo machine and a “pixel” technique which produces soft yet defined brows that resemble filling them in with powder makeup. Powder Brow is considered permanent as the pigment is layered in the skin and implanted a little deeper.
